You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Calmony DD may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse Calmony DD, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow Calmony DD's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
Calmony DD retains all rights to Calmony DD's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant Calmony DD a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
Calmony DD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.Calmony DD disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmony DD's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or Calmony DD is limited to the amount you paid Calmony DD in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. Calmony DD may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
